My boy had similar and it went back in by itself. It wasn't as big but it did protrude out slightly x
Yes looks like one. But they usually resolve by age 5 so they don’t recommend considering corrective surgery at this age, no reason to risk a procedure if it’ll go away on its own

Looks like it, yeah. My first son had one, as you said, worse when he cried or strained. Was told that as long as it was soft, could be pushed back inwards and baby wasn’t uncomfortable when doing so, that it would likely resolve on its own.
