How do you make sure your LO’s bottom are absolutely clean after using the toilet after a number 2?

Can you wash her/him?
We use flushable wipes and just give a good clean xx
Flushable wipes or normal Baby wipes but put them in a nappy bag in the bin
Our lb will attempt it himself and then he will bend over for us to do it
Flushable wipes here too
