Tantrum in the middle of the night

Note she usually sleeps through say 5 nights out of 7 and the other two it’s a quick back rub or cuddle then back off. The last few nights she has been crying in her sleep so tonight I came through at 4:10 to try to help her go back into a deep sleep. Well that back fired. It’s 5:22am and she’s still sobbing but lying back down. What a night!

Is she having a nightmare?

@Mel s good idea. Maybe. Her eyes weee eventually open for a while. It was a kicking, hitting, screaming, not allowed to touch her tantrum.
