Head swinging/signs
My 4 month old swings his head a lot is this something I should be concerned about ? And what’s making him do this ?

I would definitely make an appointment with his pediatrician just to be safe and make sure to show the doctor this video and any others you have
It may be nothing but I have heard that could be silent seizure. Don’t worry yet just bring it to pediatricians attention
It’s absolutely normal and there’s no reason to worry. It’s a baby’s way of self soothing. My little man does it when he’s trying to put himself to sleep in his bassinet.
My daughter does the same thing whenever she's tired. It's her way of self soothing until she falls asleep.
My son did this alot when he was younger hes 2 now and he only does it when throwing a tantrum

Could be tired, self soothing, or testing how much he can move? But i would for sure bring it to his pediatrician
