Has anyone experienced extreme exhaustion and just no desire to do anything during their last trimester? I will be 35 weeks tomorrow and up until my 32nd week, I was doing my prenatal exercises, active, and cleaning and nesting. Now I need to ask for help when getting around which I dislike so much, and also my feet started to swell. No diagnosis of preeclampsia, or gestational diabetes.
Any tips on how to manage through this? And yes I have been drinking water, and resting.

I’m 33 weeks and yesterday i slept like 6 hours throughout the day, and i also slept get woken up every night around 4am and struggle to going to sleep. I think it’s normal and part of the third trimester for me

Im 32 weeks & working 40 hours a week , sooooo tired , my feet hurt , my knees are weaker & I get back pain as soon as I’m standing in one place for too long. I can only imagine me at 35 weeks 😣😣

Have you had your iron level checked? I had this problem a few weeks ago and my H&H was low and so was my iron. I got iron infusions and feel 1000% better with normal energy.

I’m literally passing out almost everyday from exhaustion. Doesn’t matter how many hours of sleep I get, I last a couple of hours after waking up, and I’m K.O

Same i have been so exhausted during most of my pregnancy 😩 not alone and well i have a 2 year toddler so how do i do it...i dont know maybe mental power lol dont have another choice 😩😩😩

Yes! I’m not interested in doing much lol I’m 33 weeks with twins. I sprained my hip so pretty much forced to do nothing and also I’ve been sleeping in super late at this point. Seems I get the best rest from like 6am-10am

Yeah I do absolutely nothing 100% of the time the most I do is eat see family on Sundays and go to my appointments lol:)

I wake up at 2 or 4 am every night if I don't take anything to sleep, then sleep 1-2h during the day, this insomnia is driving me crazy...

Hey Tabath! Yes they actually ran a blood test my last visit which was about a week ago during my prenatal visit. I was on iron infusions for 5 weeks the beginning of my pregnancy but everything was ruled normal

This is the exact time Im woken up at in the middle of the night. It’s that 4am mark for me 😂

yeah I’ve read it’s like ur mom brain getting used to the baby or something idk, but I’m not a fan 😂 but I’m happy to be able to catch back on sleep throughout the rest of the day. And like my mom tells me, rest all i can before baby gets here
