Calorie counting and 10K steps a day. It doesn’t need more than that. Xx

how long did it take for the 40lb with noom

About 4 months. You can choose how fast you want it and they will adjust your calory intake. But I must say, I think it was a healthy speed and I kept the weight off after my twins.

I had to reset my expectations. Loosing weight post partum just takes more time, I am down 10 pounds in 10 weeks - at a consistent 500 cal deficit and walking 3 miles a day on incline. I have mentally almost quit so many times. But when I gave myself 20 weeks instead of trying to expect results in 2 weeks that helped a lot. Just Cutting out bread and mayo / sour cream based products cuts 200-400 Cals a day

is noon just calorie counting or how did it help you? Trying to get the secrets while being frugal lol

It mostly is. There is a big component about balancing your life that truly helps keeping it off! The price is way worth it in my opinion.

I’m just starting. I’m doing a workout plan and cutting processed sugar for 30 days to jumpstart. I made an instagram account to keep me accountable everyday.

Every time I loose a few pounds I gain it back right away. I’m honestly really struggling with it because it’s been six months and I feel like I’ve made no progress. I’ve never been this heavy. I don’t know what else to do, I feel like nothing is working. Thoughts?
