Babysitter and crying LO

Does anyone have any tips on how to have LO not cry from the babysitter. It makes me super sad hearing her cry! She rarely cries with me. It’s tough, but will it get better? Today is her first day with the babysitter.

I feel you! I don’t have any really good tips. It’s frustrating to have to continually get up from working upstairs to come down to try to show her ways to keep her entertained and happy
