Yes mine would do that. There’s mesh siding that you can weave through the bars. We had this issue and had to rescue him every hour in the night but now he hasn’t gotten an arm or leg stuck since.
My tip is Velcro them together first before weaving through!

I had that issue with my first occasionally. I got the mesh someone else talked about. It's a similar thickness to some bassinet sides, so I'm comfortable using it
