Why are my kids ALWAYS ILL
Since January 2024 we have had Covid, chicken pox, noravirus, the flu and now we are back to the sickness bug!
My kids are 4 and 2 and both attend nursery. Is anyone else’s kids the same?
The kids have a bath every night, and wash their hands before any meal, is there anything else I could be doing?
Someone help, I have now been hit with the sickness bug and I really don’t want this to happen again (I know wishful thinking)
Any advice is welcome 😊

Vitamins, veggies, balanced diet? Help boost their immunity? Hard to advise really. I think you've sadly been unlucky. Maybe they're just getting it all out the way in one go and it'll be smooth sailing here on out! I hope you feel better soon and have a healthy summer!!
They’ll grow out of it… I was told that I was so always sick no1 thought I would reach 1 year old & next week I’ll turn 34.
Nursery is a breeding ground for germs, sometimes it’s the other kids that bring their sickness & it just spreads. They’ll build up the immunity with time
