FTM. My daughter will be starting swimming lessons soon after 3 months. How do you dress your little ones for swimming. I’ve bought the recommended swim suit and nappies. Also what do you change then into after a swim lesson. Not sure how to dress either.

The pool my Jan baby swims at is really warm, so he’s just in a happy nappy duo.
When my first child started, his pool was a bit cooler and he wore an all in one wetsuit thing.
I usually have little one in a vest and sleep suit - easy and quick to put back on after swimming, comfortable for the journey to and from the pool etc.
At the moment I wear leggings and a T-shirt. I put my swimming costume on under my clothes before we leave home so that it’s quick for me to be ready at the pool, and it’s quick to throw on when we’re done. In the summer I tend to wear a dress, for the same reasons.
Don’t get baby ready at home though, get them ready at the pool- if you’re using swimming nappies, they aren’t designed to be absorbent.

We use 2 towels one for straight out of pool and 1 to dry her properly, we also use a baby wetsuit now we originally used a swimsuit but she turned a bit blue after 15 min. And we have a warm towel like sleepsuit that we put her in afterwards
thank you do you mind sharing which baby wet suit you use.
thank you really helpful tip.
