Had to go back into the office already
So my baby is 3 weeks today and I had to go back into the office. I was good mentally and emotionally for the most part knowing he was home with my husband. But then my manager made comments that just made me feel like shit! Why are some people so rude! I only work 2 days in office per week but she asked how I was doing and when I said it's hard he's so little still. She replied with well you have to be here so it is what it is! And walked away. Mind you I just started this job it's only a contract/temp job and I'm just doing bs clean up work and I have a laptop I bring home. I even had to work the day I delivered!

@Charlotte just waiting right now. I need the job I need the money so I'm sucking it up for now. I got a call for possibly a new job yesterday as well. So hoping that can come through and if it does I'll say something than. It's such a huge company and they are so bad! Will never buy anything with their name anymore.
Oh yeah we don't have that in the US. And I live in a state that is 100% at will employment so I can be let go for any reason at any time. So hoping to hear back on this other job so I can basically tell them to go f*** themselves. I typically go into the office Monday & Tuesday. My manager scheduled an in person meeting for Friday! So now I have to go in this Friday. So dumb!
