So nice I'm not alone!

I had a termination last October, as baby was diagnosed with Triploidy. Obviously, they said there's no reason to think it will happen again, and there's no reason for me to in for extra appointments etc, but I am bricking it! I'm so nervous that this pregnancy will also have a genetic defect, but.... There's absolutely nothing that can be done to find out until much later, so there's no point worrying ( like that's gonna stop me lol) however, reading all the lovely people on here who have also had terminations, miscarriages etc, is really making me feel less alone about this, so, thanks all, even if you think no one's reading your posts, I am, and it helps, thank you ❤️

Hi, I’m so sorry for your loss. My little boy Sage was born sleeping in November at 15.5 weeks (later found out the placenta wasn’t working so he stopped growing and then died, and have been told it’s unlikely to happen again), so not the exact same situation but I 100% understand the anxiety being pregnant again and worrying if baby is going to be ok this time. Here if you want to chat. I’m also bricking it but 🤞🏻🤞🏻 for our December babies ❤️

So sorry for your loss. I also had a termination in November when I was 14 weeks. Baby’s lower limbs were not developed properly, also only 1 artery in cord instead of 3 (I think) I was devastated. Been trying for another baby since then. Found out last week I’m pregnant again 5+5 today. So happy but also so scared something is going to be wrong again although the chance of it happening again are low. But what if there is something else. Can’t help but worry. Right there with you.
