Transitioning from SMA Althera to oat milk

Hi everyone ☺️

Our little girl is 1 today! We have 2 tubs of SMA Althera left and wanting to start the transition over to oat milk but unsure how to do it?

Has anyone mixed the 2 together? So done half and half? I don't really want to go cold turkey as she is quite a gassy baby.

We mixed together oat milk and formula gradually by adding 1oz more oat milk every day until it was fully oat milk ☺️ our little boy never had more than 5oz so it was only a 5 day process, I’m sure I can be done quicker than this depending how you little girl adjusts 😁
