When omeprazole doesn’t work…?
Our little boy’s omeprazole doesn’t seem to be working. He’s been on it for 2 weeks and no improvements. The doctor is asking for another 2 weeks and then will refer to paediatrics if no change.
Has anyone been referred to paediatrics? What happened? I’m just so worried about my little boy.

we just started omeprazole following gaviscon
Gaviscon seemed to work but only on the bottles gaviscon was given, normal bottles he spit up.
Started omeprazole and gave only 2 times so far. He is sick worse
Bringing up milk like the whole thing. Crying in pain. Sick from the nose mouth everywhere
Huge amount i would say. I am not happy to continue today because even with his reflux he didn’t suffer this much
How was it for you in the beginning with omeprazole?
hi, so sorry to hear that. It didn’t affect my baby in that way. He’s still vomiting but it’s not causing him any pain anymore and he doesn’t cry when he vomits.
