I have a huge tire around my belly… doesn’t matter what I do, it doesn’t go… has anyone tried anything else that works? Like lipo, fat injection, tummy tuck… what can help in the uk?

Belly fat is harder to get rid of the older we get. Unfortunately there is no easy fix. A tummy tuck would only work if you already lost substantial weight and had loose skin and wanted it removed in order to have a smooth, taut stomach.
Lipo is very invasive and chances are if you aren’t changing your lifestyle, the fat will come back - except look even worse as it will be in areas around where you had the lipo done.
If you need to lose weight, it’s 90% diet and 10% exercise. Focus on eating for nutrition and protein and fats for satiety.
