Godparents
Does anyone know of there are any unspoken traditions around godparents?
i.e. If you have friends in a couple, would you usually have to ask them both to be godparents? And thoughts on asking your siblings? (LO’s auntie/uncles)

I dont have godparents but I did ask my sister and brother in law to be guardians if anything happens to me or my husband. For me it was finding the most appropriate people to be able to look after my little one, my sister has her own little one who is 9 months older so Ffion would have company and my sister is in a good position to look after Ffion as well if need be.
You can do whatever you want. I know my godparents are my parents friends but only one in each couple. I am also my nephews godmother.
I have 2 godmothers and one godfather but again I think you can have what ever you want
You can do whatever you want. My 3 girls have 2 Godfathers and 2 Godmothers ☺️ I personally wouldn’t choose a couple but like I said before you do whatever you want. Hoping to get my girls baptised next summer as they will all be 1,2 and 3 🥰
