Any recommendations for bad nappy rash? It’s really sore with open cuts :( calling the GP on Monday but in the meantime any good advice?
I try and change her as soon as she does a poop (and also often in between), I put nappy cream on and I try and let her be without nappy when I can. It gets better but then keeps coming back.

Have you tried metanium? My daughter had the same and the pharmacy recommended it. It cleared it up really well in a couple days. Sudacrem etc weren't helping at all!

Metanium is very good! The only nappy cream that actually works with sore bums I find x

Definitely worth the buy as it’s the only one I will use now as it’s the only one that’s effective enough d

Metanium! X

We also love metanium

E45 or sudacrem have been great for my boy ☺️
Thanks everyone 😊 we used to use metanium but then her skin broke one time and it made it worse :( apparently not meant to be used in broken skin. But will go back to it as soon as it heals for sure, thanks for reminding

My boy has a nearly constant rash on his inner thighs. The only thing that helps stop it are pura nappies and ive been using my expert midwife dribble rash cream xx

I highly recommend sudosalve
Its antiseptic and antibacterial, it’s my go-to for a bad bum 💯

Metanium never worked for us just made a mess 🤣 only thing that worked for us was steroid cream from the docs. We only use a little sudocream before bed now as the rash occurred after a poorly stomach. Good luck!
