Red dots

Hi mamas curious if anyone has seen red dots like this on babe before? Some context, baby came down with a fever Tuesday/Wednesday managed with Tylenol, he also cut a tooth so wrote it off to that and was feeling better by Thursday. Took him to his first swim lesson thursday (in chlorine) right before the lesson noticed his lymph nodes behind his ears were swollen, he was very irritable all that nighy cried all night barely slept. Took him to walkin yesterday, said no ear infection and seems like a virus which may have caused the fever - not the teething, and the lymph nodes swelling are apart of that. This morning noticed these red dots that have faded then came back through out the day. Hes had no new foods yesterday or today so not thinking allergy, no changes to soap or detergent. He has no mouth sores thay we can see and has all his routine vaccines. Might this just be the virus on its way out? He seems unbothered by it and doesnt itch. Will make a fam dr appointment if continues but she's closed til Tuesday. Thankyou!!
