So months ago (like last year) he was called to court cause of medical bills(he went to a ER and never seen so he walked out) and the bills are over 3,000$ mind you, so he went to court and he had to skip work 2 times for these court dates then most people just stated that they just want to pay the bill cause they are missing work ECT ECT, but the guy that told my husband we will figure out a payment plan something like that and told him call/text him, the guy never answered any of the texts or calls from my husband
Fast forward today we received something in the mail stating that th guy went back to court saying he wants to garnish my husband's wages, they approved it of course
What can we do about this?
Should we go back to court about this? I don't know what to do.
We just got a new van (easier to get the kids in and out of) and still working to get insurance on it and everything (we have tempt tags)
Where do we go from here?
Is there anything we can do?

No advice on medical situation as I think there needs more info.
On new van- don’t drive it until you establish insurance! Temp tags do not mean it’s covered

When you get a medical bill in the mail it says actually what they are charging you for so if nothing on the bill was actually done I would definitely go back to court.
Missouri
the only time he went back there to get "checked" was like checking in and checking the heartbeat and pressure and all that then they sent him back to the waiting room, and being that it's a shitty hospital they over fucking charge😮💨 my step dad said have my husband call the hospital and see what he was charged for

I agree with your stepdad. Your husband needs to get a itemized bill because $3000 for checking heart rate, blood pressure, and the other basics is outrageous and makes 0 sense. A itemized bill breaks down and shows what he was charged for and how much each thing cost.

Definitely see the charges but also hospital visits can be expensive and with him leaving when they were expecting to see him they probably just charged the whole thing… I went in once for stomach problems and my bill was around that as well and all they did was give me fluids through an iv. Sadly er visits aren’t cheap even with something small🥲

But if you guys have been to court did they not already go over all this?
the only reason why they are pulling people to go to court against people is because they want to more buildings around the town even tho there more than 20 buildings for denists , eyes, hospital ECT. Around town, they just want money🙄
