Did you hold your husband down while in jail ?

I haven't but my husband's best friend/brother is currently away. I think it depends on time away and what's fair for you and your kids. Also why they are away. It's dif for everyone. His wife is saying she is going to stay but reality is he's probably getting 6-10 . She can't afford her house payment now and has 3 preteens. It was nothing aggressive or against her so maybe that's why she wants to stay but it's not really fair he made a horrible decision and she also loses 10 years of her life.

If you are able to speak with him in person, having that talk with him, assuming it wasn't because of dv, is important so you two are at least on the same page. Maybe an open marriage if you really love him and don't know if you can make it the whole time if it's long. Everyone's situation is dif.

Not long the first time but there’s a chance it could be up to 2 years when he goes to court.
