Hi guys could use some advice. So late last night me and my fiance were in bed, and all of a sudden my upper stomach started to get really crampy and sore. It kind of felt like an intense urge to go to the toilet when you have an upset tummy only I didn’t need the toilet. The pain was so bad and eventually it started to make me feel sick and I went into the bathroom and was sick everywhere. I then went back into the room and lay down and eventually after around 45 minutes, the pain died down and I fell asleep. I also feel absolutely fine this morning. Does this sound like some kind of early labour, or do you think that I was maybe just under the weather? I was so scared!

Honestly that sounds like exact thing I experienced when I had gallstones and an inflamed gallbladder, I'd maybe get it checked hun x

Definitely phone and speak to the midwife unit and see what they think they'll probably want you to come in and get checked out 😊

ohh really? What happened with that? Like what was the treatment x

I had this exact same thing happen to me around 30 weeks, It was AWFUL. I still don’t know what it was but I was okay after and haven’t experienced it again since, I just put it down to bad heartburn 🫣

@Shannon it started a week after I had my youngest 8 months sgo and got my gallbladder out a month ago. They couldn't figure out what it was and ended up at a&e 5 times I think, the last attack I had when they figured it out I had to get gas and air in the ambulance then 3 doses of morphine before the pain became manageable. Every time it happened it came from absolutely nowhere and the same as you I was throwing up with the pain. Its just an ultrasound for them to check your gallbladder and after they discovered it they got me in as soon as they could. Depending on how far it's went it can be treated with antibiotics x
