My baby girl🥰

My baby girl was born via caesarean section yesterday (06/04), her original due date was 22/04🥰. I had a horrible experience from the moment my waters broke but so happy🩷

Florence🥰🥰

Aww congratulations. She’s beautiful.
Crazy to me as I am due on the 22nd. Madness to me that the little one in my tummy looks like this right now!

Did your waters break spontaneously? If you don’t mind me asking x

Congratulations on your perfect little girl 💖 I'm sorry you had a bad experience, make sure to request birth afterthoughts from your hospital/midwife, it helps with processing the birth and your feelings around it x

thank you! And I know!!!! Yes my waters went at 37 weeks 3 days very spontaneously. I literally just went to the bathroom for my nightly wee before bed and when I walked back into my bedroom my waters went! No prior signs or symptoms beforehand xx

Confused Over Test Result

My heads pretty blagged about this atm. I’ve had spotting & some cramping but of the 2 tests I’d have expected the clear blue one to be most accurate. Any advice?

Boy or girl?

I’ve just discovered the nub theory and this is my 4th baby. Anyone take a guess?

SPPH (secondary postpartum haemorrhage) due to retained placenta -D&C?

Looking to see if anyone else has experienced this? Currently trying to pass retained tissue ( 4 weeks pp) and finding every day so exhausting just constantly waiting and checking my bleeding. I stopped bleeding on week 2.5/3 then bleeding picked up last Saturday and I haemorrhaged on Thursday morning with a rush to hospital. Everyday since I’m waking up scared I’ll be bleeding out. Worried to go toilet to check, I’m not convinced I’ll be passing it naturally and I’m worried I’ll need a D&C… has anyone had this? My retained tissue is 2cm so they said it’s small but I have no signs of passing it or blood changing colour to show slowing down.

39 weeks pregnant FTM

39 weeks baby hasn’t come yet and I am just full of anxiety. I am trying to relax. I am trying to chill, but I can’t chill. I do not want to be induced. I would love to have her natural. Issue is I am tight down there and petite and baby is measuring big like the head especially. I know that measurements can be off. But I have photos! And she is a chunk. This is so unpredictable. How do I just put my faith forward and trust in God and how do I let go of this anxiety? I am doing fine and then boom it hits me and I want to ball my eyes out. I am trying to treat myself and do little things but driving or doing anything is so hard now and I’m so huge and uncomfortable …I’m at my breaking point 😭

Palpitations and out of breath

Anyone else dealing with heart palpitations and running out of breath super quickly?

I already spoke to my midwife, and they put me on magnesium and extra electrolytes and said if it doesn’t help, to tell them again. I have my next OB appointment on Tuesday and I plan on bringing it back up when I see her then, but I feel like my shortness of breath has just gotten increasingly worse and the dizziness is now off and on when I used to not get it before.

Anyone else has that experience?

I am 30 weeks on Wednesday (March 25) with a C-section scheduled for end of May.
