I used Letrozole as well. The first few times I took it, nothing. Then when my OB doubled the dose, we got pregnant on our first try. Good luck 💕💕💕
Try taking myo-inositols too. Letrozole at 3 different doses did nothing for me. Conceived 2bd cycle of taking inositols

Clomid worked for me first month we tried it! Had lost weight and was taking Metformin too. Fingers crossed for you x

I used letrozole which works similarly to clomid and fell pregnant on the second month! You may want to ask about letrozole since it's recommended more for women with PCOS than clomid.
