Hey, my little girl has red dry patches on both the back of her legs and one patch on her belly. They started off very tiny but are getting bigger. Does it look like exzema or just dry skin? Another photo in comments x

Hi, it does look like eczema. Plenty of moisturizer will help.

Yea that is mostliky eczema lotion it up they say use this special cream ceave or something like that and my kids have this I just use normal lotion warm baths lotion right after bath

Given she got it behind her legs & belly I'd lean more towards psoriasis. It's a form of eczema. Just wanted you to have a better answer. Typical eczema is on elbows, hands, & legs but can also be on stomach. When eczema is in hot areas like near armpits, under legs/ behind knees, belly typically close to the waist line, back of ears is more when it's psoriasis. Just try to keep the area dry. My husband has this & it comes out in the spring- summer then goes away for a while in fall/ winter. He doesn't use any steroid cream, it's not worth it. It gets better if dry at all possible. So he wears tights/ spanks & uses safe baby powder & that honestly is the only way. If he adds lotions it gets worse. But everyone is different xo

Eczema! Organic coconut oil works great 👍🏼 limit triggers like dairy/soy/processed food, and chemicals in products so simple basic non toxic products are key ❤️…oat baths are great to start too!

My little girl had patches like that on her back and tummy, which then spread to elbow creases and back of legs. Since using the Aveeno Dermexa it has pretty much gone but I have used it religiously since!

How is her rash looking now?
