IUI?

Hello ladies I am new here, I am 26 years old and started TTC in January 2023 and fell pregnant after 10 months, however had a miscarriage at 8 weeks. We are now 6 months on from the miscarriage and no success. We had all tests after the 1 year mark and no issues were found. I am going back to the clinic next week. I’m guessing they will say it is unexplained infertility. I have a feeling they will suggest IUI first (we are with the NHS) Has anyone had IUI with “unexplained infertility” and this been successful? Thank you
