Not sure when to worry about babbling and language progression in my 10mo. She says ‘mumumum’ and blows raspberries, copies me when I stick my tongue out.
This is about the extent of it right now 🤨
Has just progressed with her crawling and pulling to stand. So is moving forwards in terms of motor skills.
Thanks!

My son is 1 he says mum, Mumma, dad, Dada, nan, pa, ma, cheese, almost can say Josh and David and can say numnum they will get better in time just keep saying those words constantly do you read books I know don't but I am going to try too I'm just having trouble accepting the fact I have to read as I hate reading and I for some reason find it weird and haven't got past why I think that but reading books helps with vocabulary and there is a app I see getting broad casted I'll try and find it

The fact she's saying mumumum I doubt there's anything to worry about. Does she make other undefined cooing noises? If yes I wouldn't be worried, the rate they progress with these things is so individual! My mums group bubs are all around the 20month mark now and the difference between the most vocal one and the least is huge, speaking in sentences vs odd words. You could always get her hearing tested if you're worried but I think it's too soon

My daughter never babbled. She's four now and is a brilliant talker :) if your concerned see a GP but know that you're not alone and I also was worried at her age. Your little one sounds like she's doing fine though
