Rolling over

Hey guys. My baby is almost 4 months and yesterday she started rolling over into her tummy and with her nose down on the mattress. I'm freaking out. I wouldn't be able to sleep tonight 😫
She sleeps in her room.

I know it can be scary. I usually observe bub whenever there is a change.. how does he wake up, what does he do, how does he act etc etc.. after a view times you know what happens and will probably be less scared for the night. You could also have a sidesleeper or cosleep for a bit..

Its going to be ok! I was like that too. I was like a hawk hovering and checking if baby still alive everytime I woke up. I used to turn him back but he wakes up and he gets so upset his sleep is interrupted. Now I just let him sleep on his back as long as his nose is exposed and he can breathe. Red Nose said no need to flip over (and make sure plenty of tummy time so he has strength to flip himself back) but many websites say flip over so he is lying on his back. Up to you how u decide

Moving while asleep

My 12 week old has been sleeping through the night (8 hours) for the last week and a half and since the 3rd or 4th night he's been wriggling his way to the other end of his crib to the point where his head is cocked to the side
He seems fine but it looks uncomfortable and ive always been told he needs to have his feet touching the bottom of his bed and if I move him back he wakes up.
Has anyone else experienced this? Did you leave it? Are there any potential issues if I do leave it?

5 am wake up🫩🥱

My 3 year old … lately has been waking at 5am 😭
I’m exhausted!

He winds down half an hour before bed - we get ready for bed, each of us read a book each, kisses and cuddles, a drink of water and up to bed. He goes down easy, I sit for 2 minutes literally and he’ll self sooth himself to sleep by 7:30pm he’s out! But the past 3 days he’s been waking and coming into my bed at 5am … me thinking he’ll go sleep he’ll just toss and turn and wants to go down…

Anyone in the same boat?

Help

Hi mamas! Has anyone dealt with their baby’s hair clumping at the back of their head? I tried baby oil to loosen it but no luck so far. Any advice?

Blood in baby’s poo

Ladies, I’ve just changed my baby and noticed some blood on his poo and on the diaper. The poo was quite soft, not pebbly and he wasnt straining or anything like that. Anyone had anything like this before? What is it? Shall i call the GP?
