We are currently combination feeding, baby is a week old and my supply finally started coming in 3 days ago to the point I could get a few oz. I usually am just shy of 2oz on a good pump. I want to be able to get to a point where I’m either mostly giving him breastmilk bottles and maybe 1-3 formula bottles a day or get to a point where I can exclusively breastfeed him but I’m not doing so great with pumping enough to have several bottles worth. By the time I can pump again and get 1-2oz it’s time for him to eat so I don’t have any stored. Are there foods I can eat or anything I can do to get more milk to come out?

Are you also breastfeeding him directly or exclusive pumping. They said the baby is more efficient than a pump, so he is likely getting more than what you express, especially if you are expressing after a feed.
Oats are recommended and make sure you are very well hydrated, I have a big bottle of water beside me all the time!
Well he won’t latch so I’m only pumping now but we are working on it

Try to get some professional help or go to a breastfeeding support group, they really helped me with latch
