What should I put on his Etchnicity?

I’m filipino and my husband is white. I get confused on what would be his ethnicity like filling up forms. I don’t think there was an option to say Filipino/white or Asian/white. What do you think? My husband says he looks more white than asian. I couldn’t really tell.
