HRT for POI and fertility TTC

Hey! Has anyone gone on HRT for POI below 40?
I’m TTC and just wondering if this can help / impact? I’m sure I’ve read cases it’s helped and I’ve also read about people oestrogen priming. But not sure if it’s all just a shot in the dark with high FSH and low AMH? X

Period late

Could I be going through menopause at 26? I missed a period 2 months ago then had one the next month this month no period yet just feeling crampy and like my periods going to come but nothing yet, sleepy as Heck! Sore breast I took a test but was negative then a couple of days later I wound up spotting for a little then it stopped thought it was my period but nothing do you guys think it’s pregnancy or menopause my hormones have been sooooo off since my 2nd daughter which was a year and a half ago they never went back normal

Chemical/too faint?

I feel like I’m not progressing as much as I should. These are all FMU. Could this be a chemical?

is anyone EBF and still no period ? 😅

Sweats

Im 6 days pp and its been really tough going everytime I manage to sleep i wake up soaking in sweat, its awful. Is this normal? I lost alot of blood, vaginal birth with the hormone drip. I just feel disgusting and need to shower every time I get up

Who has gone through this with whatever horrible symptoms you have had and what did you do to feel better!?

Vaginal estrogen has been a game changer for me.
There are other concerns now though …let’s hear it ladies !

How do you know you have PPD? Or you are just burnout or have maternal overload?
