TTC & Premature Ovarian Insufficiency/Failure

Hey! Has anyone gone on HRT for POI below 40? I’m TTC and just wondering if this can help / impact? I’m sure I’ve read cases it’s helped and I’ve also read about people oestrogen priming. But not sure if it’s all just a shot in the dark with high FSH and low AMH? X

Started letrozole and I am also just on my second month of hormone replacement therapy. I usually have a few follicles so praying one or two get big and we have a chance! Follie scan in one week. 🤞Would appreciate any baby dust or prayers 🤗 I wasn’t sure if I wanted to run the ttc gauntlet again but in my heart I have to try.

Hi, I was given estrogen patches to start tomorrow for HRT and was advised to start oral progesterone pills in October. I have a hard time taking big pills, wondering if I can still take those progesterone pills vaginally? It’s the micronized progesterone that I was given. I’ve done it a few times for IUI but not sure if it’s ok to do while on HRT. I’ve sent a message to my dr but she’s out of town until mid October. I’m the type of person who has a hard time swallowing pills in general, let alone a medium sized pill. Would vaginally be ok too?!

Due to elevated FSH hormones in 2x blood tests. Will know more about my individual circumstances after my gyno appointment next month. I’m heartbroken, only 31 and TTC for the first time 💔 would love to hear anyone’s positive experiences with conception.
