Shall I take a test

Hi all Apparently I’m 15 dpo on my flo app. My boobs are really sore. I’ve started bleeding slightly as I woke up this morning with lots of cramping but haven’t bled enough to fill a tampon (end of day now). Shall I take a pregnancy test tomorrow morning? Just confused as to why I’ve bled slightly. I’ve had 2 ectopics and then a successful pregnancy. Baby is nearly 1. Just makes me worry I hope I’ve not got another ectopic. Thank you x
