Colief drops

Following for 3 month old, struggling so bad! X

Found probiotics way better than colief. Colief is really nasty 🤢 We used optibac baby drops first of all and then lovebug drops. Swaddling also helps, and having noise cancelling earbuds to take the edge off when they're crying nonstop. It does end I promise x

We tried all of those and nothing worked, until eventually I cut out dairy and soya and realised that was the problem. Just thought I’d throw it out there for anybody that is having similar struggles (although ours was also accompanied by green nappies and blood specs by week 6) Sending loads of strength because I know it’s so difficult! Also on YouTube there are some stomach massages to relieve gas which many people swear by :)

Is she on formula? Might want to look in to a hyperallergenic formula like nutramigen or similac alimentium . Usually dairy is the #1 problem with colic newborn babies and nothing is going to help unless you cut all dairy out (if breastfeeding) or switch to hyperallegenic formula like I mentioned above. It will take up to 2 weeks to see full results. I reccomend doing that before buying all these colic relief drops and such.
