When Do I Ovulate?
How long after PEAK do you ovulate? I had a peak reading today around 4 pm today. When do I expect to ovulate? I know to check my BBT tomorrow morning but how do I know if it’s confirming ovulation? If it’s high temps for 3 days?

But keep in mind soerm stays in the body for 5 days , so you can still get pregnant even if you’ve had sex before that time . It’s also good to take at home test to see when you ovulate as well.
Yeah sperm is good for 5 days so I’d be having sex before you hit peak usually. But you could ovulate 12-36 ish hours after and sperm needs to be waitin
