I noticed a little diaper rash on my daughter this past Sunday, I put some A&D and on Monday it was really red so my mom used potato starch and in about 1 hour it was pretty much gone. It's been there but pretty small. Now it's back. She's never had a diaper rash before so I'm a little nervous. Any tips would be greatly appreciated

If you’re breast-feeding put breastmilk on the rash if not try something called super balm by eroganics .. also make sure that she’s fully dry before applying any ointment...Using A&E and Desitin work as well

Try Triple Paste. That stuff is magic!

Try boudreaux butt paste. Clears up my little one's rashes almost instantly. And avoid baby wipes. Clean with a wet paper towel instead while they have the rash. Try changing the diaper brand as that may be what caused the rash in the first place. Good luck

My daughter had extremely sensitive skin when she was little. (So much so that I couldn’t use cloth diapers.) One day she ate a clementine. Fast forward 5 hrs and she goes from 100% fine to open, bleeding wounds from her urine being too acidic. Kid was screaming in pain.
I tried everything you could imagine-none of the baby creams worked. After some research I discovered calmoseptine. It’s a cream that people with gastrointestinal issues (like chrons) or on bed rest use. It worked overnight. I don’t use it daily, but the moment an issue creeps up with my second kid, I use it.
As for my daughter, after that incident she was very sensitive to anything acidic in her diet for a good 6 months.

Corn starch works amazing... also you don’t need to use wipes everytime your baby pees. It may be sound weird and gross but babies pee is sterile

Desitin maximum strength

We did the same cream you would use for athletes foot and it clears up supper fast. A small ammouny mixed with a thick paste.

Corn starch. And instead of cleaning baby with wipe. Use water. And pat dry.

I swear by Aquafor baby ointment! Give it a try!

If any other diaper rash cream isn’t working (Desitin never worked on my daughter, but works amazingly on my son now) either give her a bath or pat her with a wet paper towel (avoid wipes) and let her air out for a while. Leave the diaper off for as long as possible.
