SMEP
Can someone explain the SMEP please? Im CD9 so just started ovulation testing again (7th cycle ttc baby 2 ☹️) last couple of months we have BD every day for 10 days straight to try for best opportunities and it hasnt worked so we thinking of doing every other day this cycle.
Any advice would be appreciated
SMEP recommends you BD every other day to promote sperm quality. Then peak day, ovulation day, and the day after. I think it recommends 2 days after that just in case you ovulated a little later too but I didn't bother with that.
