Pregnancare max - stopped omega tablets
I've got pregnacare max which comes with the added omega 3 tablet. The last few days I've stopped taking the omega 3 as I constantly burp and it's so gross but can taste the tablet which is quite fishy and makes me feel nauseous.. does anyone know if I can just take the other 2 tablets and avoid the omega 3 one? Just wondered if anyone else has done it and experienced it too.

Totally fine to skip the omega 3 - Pregnacare original is one tablet, Pregnacare plus is the two green ones and it’s only the max that comes with the omega 3 :)
@Jenna (Jen) I learnt a random but super helpful tablet-taking tip…if you take a mouthful of water, add your tablets, and tuck your chin to your chest before attempting to swallow, it makes the whole thing so much easier. Says she who takes 3 and a half tablets at once…
I take pregnacare original it's just one tablet. I looked at the max but couldn't bring myself to take multiple pills
