I’m not really sure how to word this. I just had my baby almost 2 weeks ago and ever since we’ve been home with him I’ve been hearing and seeing things.. I see dark shadows in the corner of my eye and I’ll hear something move it sounds like coming from the other room or right behind me and even my dog has gotten spooked in the first few days of him being home twice.. it’s starting to freak me out. I’m so on edge at night because I’m honestly scared when the lights are all off because that’s when I feel like we’re being watched. I’m not a crazy person I swear lol.

You could be experiencing post partum psychosis. I would take it seriously and speak with a doctor. If it’s only in the dark that can happen to wnyone as far as the shadows but not hearing things. And pets can pick up on their owners vibes. You’re probably spooking your dog bc you’re spooked. You should talk to your obgyn and pcp.

@Jaleh I never knew PP Psychosis existed. Just looked it up...wild

I would put protective crystals in your home. You definitely aren’t crazy. I’ve always said “the bigger the light. The bigger the shadow”. Our babies are powerful light beings and these “shadows” you’re seeing may want to take it or just want to see what’s causing all that light. Before having my baby and after - I’ve always been able to see and hear things beyond this world. I believe you. Protect yourself and your baby by getting yourself crystals in the house. Black tourmaline is a great protection crystal. Black quartz also draws in the negativity within the home. I would pair that with selenite, which is a crystal that never needs to be cleansed. You can put it next to the black courts and black tourmaline to help keep things cleansed while also letting them take its course. Everything is about intentions, so put your intentions as you’re laying down your crystals. In each corner of the room or if you want to do the entire house - put it at the four main points of your house.
