Toddler shoes

I’m trying to find shoes for my almost 15 month daughter she’s only worn shoes once. I need shoes that she can’t kick off or take off herself. Does anyone know of any shoes that are hard for toddlers to take off?

I got my baby girl stride rite. She normally tries to take off everything, but those she can’t!
