(EXPECTING) Nose bleeds and Nose sores
I’m 14+4 and I’m struggling with nose bleeds and nose sores every morning…
Is this just because of my hormone changes?

I had lots of nose bleeds. Get them to check your iron levels x

Nose bleeds in pregnancy are very common I had them a bit too. It’s from the hormones which increase the blood flowing around your body and also causes extra blood to go to the lining of the nose. They can burst and that why your nose can bleed, it’s nothing to worry about unless it lasting more than 15 minutes.
