Hotflashes ???

I get hot flashes just before my period most months

Oh yes, unfortunately I get them too. I’m 34 too. I also had a full hysterectomy. Hot flashes are not fun!! I’m sorry your dealing with this 😭

So this is normal?? And I also must add that I don't have a menstrual cycle either... it's been yearsssss since I had one, due to my birth control. I wonder if that plays a part in it 🤔
