Hi all, I suffered a ectopic around the 30th March, I bled a week before it and have been bleeding constantly since. Is this normal? It’s nearly been 3 weeks! It’s not heavy but enough for a pad and it’s getting me down
I can’t quite remember how long I bled for but it was quite a while. In any case if it’s getting you down definitely call the EPU who saw you and ask them as they’re medical experts and will be able to give you more advice. For me I think it took more than a month for my hcg and I go back to 0 have you been going in for regular blood tests? If so you could speak to someone while you’re in? Also my hospital offered me grief counselling after my ectopic, would it be worth asking if that’s available for you if you’re feeling down?
