which bc do you recommend ? last one i got nexplanon it wasn’t too bad for me, but that was 4 years ago.. looking for the least hormonal, that won’t make me gain weight

the patch!!!! it’s so easy and hard to forget.
I’m on cerelle and I’ve been on it since 16, obviously came off of it before having my son but back on it. Had no bother with it at all. Tried the injection once but never again due to the weight gain.
I love my patch honestly. I tried the pill, shot, iud, and they all were shit for me. I haven’t had any side effects either other than some skin irritation around the patch site.
I got the Mirena
i’ve been on the patch since 3 months PP it’s been amazing at regulating my period and decreasing cramps. only annoying thing is sometimes it does come loose in some areas but other than that it’s been alright for me.
