I was using this, I am in Australia and it was under the name premular here and prescribed by my naturopath but it is available in chemists too. I had spotting before my period so was trying to stop that. Was on it for 6 months and had no difference. I am now on progesterone suppositories and have no spotting before my period. Everyone is different it just didn't work for me
