Just found 3 ants in my kitchen and scared theres more idk
My anxietys hit the roof i can't clean it because of my asthma so going to have to get partner to do. Its put me off my lunch am 6weeks pregnant and trying not to stress about it but its hard when have a phobia abput them the fact seen them in kitchen just made it worse 🤢

If you are pregnant with asthma why don't you try cleaning stuff with a washing up liquid solution or use Method a non toxic cleaner

Yeah in Tesco they have a range of different products
We had them today funnily enough wipe the sides down with a vinegar based product
@Sarah I second these! We also have to buy them for the same reason.
