Fibroid

Hello mama! I am here for some advice. My doctor found a fibroid outside of my lining and said because it’s outside the lining, it’s not an immediate concern. However, we are monitoring it to make sure it doesn’t get bigger so that I can conceive. Any proven ways that anybody has done to shrink the fibroid? Any advice is appreciated thank you in advance. I have a pretty healthy eating and physical lifestyle. Just wondering if any supplements or anything at all can help.
