Possible prolapse?

I was diagnosed with a weak pelvic floor and no amount of exercise or kegels they advised to do on my own has fixed it. The issue I’m having is the opening of the V has a buldge. Like if I put my finger in I can lift it up some. I had therapy for weak pelvic floor. I would have thought they would have caught it and the pic of prolapse on google aren’t helpful.

Following as in the same position!

Sorry to hear this but it does sound like a prolapse. I’m 8 months post partum. My pelvic floor squeeze after baby was non existent, finally I can feel a slight squeeze and can hold it for a few seconds but it’s taken months and lots of time on my pelvic floor, physio has offered me some electrical stimulation soon, I’m really hoping that will help move things along allot quicker 🤞🏻🤞🏻

@Heather thanks ive been thinking it was more than my pelvic floor for a while but thought it would have been determined by my OB before i was referred to physical therapy if i had one . I’m hoping it does work out for you!
