That does look a bit on the runny side. My boy at 3 weeks had actual water in his nappy, looked like a swimming pool. I phoned the health visitor and they have me a sheet of things to look out for as newborns can deteriorate quickly with vomiting or diarrhea. Luckily it was a one off and he was fine
