It could just be your hormones regulating. But yes, definitely have it checked out to be on the safe side.
If the bleeding has never ceased, you may be reopening the wound where your placenta was. Or it could be something else… This is not the place to solve the issue. Please seek medical care and guidance from a licensed professional. Take care of yourself by being proactive for both you and your baby. We cannot properly diagnose here.

Has it been decreasing at all? If you feel normal (like not passing out) you can follow up with your OB/GyN to get you further checked out.
