I had tens machine with my 1st and iv just brought one again for this pregnancy with my 3rd. It helped with my first use it when contractions start an when they get more frequent an stronger then the boost higher mode helps along with deep breathing it helps 👍 all the best and good luck 🤞 xx

@Katie when i first brought mine i wanted my partner to test it as it says us pregnant mums cant use till certain stage. 😆 his face and actions he turnt it on to full blast omg his eyes nearly jumped out his face was so funny he said f**k that i cant hack that , lol thats just a tens machine … imagine men had to give birth then 😆 😂… us poor mums have to go through alot xx
